About the team
Nicoleta Corbu is professor, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), in Bucharest, Romania. She’s spezialized in political communication, with a focus on media effects and misinformation
Nicoleta is part of WP3 (data collection) and WP5 (experiments) and in charge of the experiment on misinformation.
Madalina Botan is an Associate Professor at SNSPA Bucharest and senior researcher at the Center for Research in Communication. Her work focuses on media studies, with current research on online disinformation and EU regulations such as the Code of Practice on Disinformation and the Digital Services Act.
In the WHAT-IF project, she will coordinate research activities in WP3 and contribute to the dissemination efforts under WP5.
Raluca Buturoiu is Associate Professor at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA), Romania. Her research area focuses on media studies and political communication.
In WHAT-IF, she’s involved in both WP3 (surveys in four countries, including Romania) and WP5 (experiments).
