European Association for Viewers Interests (EAVI)

EAVI

The European Association for Viewers Interests (EAVI), as a European civil society working on media literacy topics for more than 20 years now, contributes to the WHAT-IF project by bringing its expertise in media literacy, citizen participation, policy engagement, and dissemination. EAVI helps shape discussions on creating a high-quality information environment and the governance of social media. As part of the project, it supports the co-creation of experimental designs, organises workshops, and contributes to policy reports assessing interventions aimed at improving citizens’ political information environments. Additionally, it plays a role in organising focus groups and workshops to test theoretical frameworks and intervention strategies with the public.
